Family
- Spending time with family can be an excellent remedy to a quick cure. When friends let you down and there is no one else to look to, family will always be there to help me through it all. Looking through old photo albums, cookouts & barbeque's, a family outting at a theme park, or traveling to learn about history, all this can be a contribution to living a stress free life around the one's you love the most.

Exercise
- Recreational sports, taking a walk, running, working out at a local gym, and family excursions can be great to your health. Exercising can decrease your risk of heart failure, diabetes, high cholesterol and is said to improve your immune system to help your body fight against germs and bacteria that can make your body ill.

Ingestion
- Consuming more fruits and vegetables is very healthy. Fruits and vegetables provide your body with the right nutrition it needs to improve your lifestyle. They provide vitamins and minerals that can also help improve your immune system. Baking your foods is also healthier than deep frying your foods because it does not allow you to intake excess fats your body does not need. Choosing light meats (chicken) other than dark meats (steak/hamburger) can reduce your risk of heart disease. Drinking the proper fluids is also good for your body. Milk contains vitamins and minerals that are healthy for your body and Water is what your body needs to stay hydrated during excercise, heat exhaustion, and to quence your thirst. Less consumption of sugared liquids can better your life quality.

Cleanliness
- Using household disenfectants such as Lysol and Clorox to clean your house is good to kill germ and bacteria that can make your whole family sick. Make sure to clean door knobs, counter tops, remotes, bathrooms, floors, and other most used objects atleast once a week to help get rid of germs and prevent your family from getting common cold symptoms such as a cough or allergies.

Hygiene
- Relaxation in the tub or in the shower can give your body a great feeling of cleanliness. Brushing your teeth with FDA approved toothpaste, flossing, and using mouth wash such as Listerine can prevent gum disease and tooth decay from eating sugared foods (candy), drinking dark liquids (soda/coffee) and smoking/chewing tabacco products. Cleansing your body head to toe from your ears, your mouth, your genitalia and your feet can make your body feel great and relaxed from stress. Remember, a clean body is a happy body.

Hobbies
- Whether its arts & crafts, fishing, hiking, reading a book, or working on the car, all of these hobbies and so much more can give provide a healthy stress free lifestyle. Whatever your hobby may be, it is doing well to your body because hobbies keep you busy and gives you a goal to work to. Hobbies can be stress relieving even if it may not be done the way you want it, they can help you better one's motor skills and improve your brain.
